Potential 

Because we are so close to active boxing - whether amateurs or professionals - because we love boxing, because we were or are active ourselves, we often recognise an athlete's potential early on.

For us, potential is the sum of talent, ambition, training diligence, self-discipline and willingness to learn. And the sum of these factors is crucial for us to ultimately support a carefully observed and selected athlete.

Integrity 

Sporting skills are one thing, an impeccable personality is another. Integrity simply means that words and actions match. For us, this means that we not only expect sporting potential and ultimately success, we also expect partners who stand by their word and act accordingly. Because we also act accordingly.

This is not something that can simply be applied according to the prevailing interests and personal advantages, but a character trait that manifests itself in all private, sporting and public matters of a true top athlete.
