Can I order Paffen Sport products directly on the website?
Yes. Our Paffen Sport online shop offers the possibility to order the desired products directly.
Are there Paffen Sport factory outlets?
Yes. Paffen Sport offers you a sale from stock with special offers and also a direct sale at the central site in Cologne Rodenkirchen.

How is the shipment effected when I ordered online from the Paffen Sport online shop?
Shipment is effected by our partner DHL. You will find the shipping costs for your country in the following table: shipping costs.
Subsequent deliveries are dispatched by Paffen Sport free of freight and packaging charges.
Bulk goods will be charged with the actual shipping fees. Please indicate a telephone number in case we need to contact you during the day. Orders are only delivered when all previous deliveries are already paid.
Can I check my order status?
With every order, we will send you a shipment confirmation with the tracking number of the corresponding shipping provider. This is a convenient way for you to check on the status of your current order.
Can I return my ordered articles?
All articles ordered online can be returned in mint condition to Paffen Sport online shop service within 14 days. Unfortunately, carriage forward shipments cannot be accepted and will be sent back at your charge.
To enable us to process your return successfully, the package must contain the following information:
1. order or invoice number
2. a note whether you wish an exchange or a refund
At delivery by forwarding agency, such as for bigger punching bags, please register your return request upfront at shopteam(at)paffen-sport(dot)com. We will contact you.
Please make sure to provide all required customs information for returns from non-EU countries, otherwise there may be difficulties with delivery.

What can I do if I can't find my invoice anymore?
The returning of products without invoice is unfortunately not possible. Please take good care of your invoice, make a copy if necessary, as the proof of purchase is important for insurances in case of claim or theft. If you ordered your products via our Paffen Sport online shop, your orders are saved. If you lose the documentation of your orders, please contact our customer service (shopteam(at)paffen-sport(dot)com) by email, fax or telephone to receive a copy of your order data.

You have problems with one of our Paffen Sport products?
For a claim it is important to submit your washed clothing and the corresponding proof of purchase. Our trading partners will know what to do and, e.g. will forward the claimed article to us for checking.
You no longer have a receipt?
The sales receipt serves as proof for the date of purchase. The legal warranty in case of material defects is linked with the date of purchase. Apart from that, it is an important proof for the sports shops and serves as proof that the clothing was purchased in their shop. If the sales receipt is not available, handling fees may have to be charged.
Is your Paffen Sport clothing damaged?
As one of the few manufacturers, Paffen Sport offers an in-house repair service. Only original material is used to repair your Paffen Sport clothing appropriately. Despite the greatest care, your equipment might be damaged. We will gladly inform you about eventual costs of repair with a non-binding cost estimate.
