Cylindrical free-standing punching bag made of PSTearProof material with foam core on a solid special hard rubber base. Ideal for self-defence courses, fitness boxing, manager boxing or special technical exercises.
No cumbersome set-up, can be easily moved around the room - yet the punching bag remains stable during training. In contrast to alternative plastic feet, the floor is not subjected to excessive stress during training and moving.
No additional filling required.
