They can be wrapped easily, quickly and tightly. This makes it easier for you to curl your hand into a fist. This helps you to keep your fist closed during training and saves strength. They stabilise your wrists, back of the hand and knuckles. This also protects you from injuries caused by impact and twisting.At the beginning of the bandage is a loop that is pulled over the thumb and a printed message "This Side Down", which tells you which side of the bandage must be down when wrapping. The wide hook & loop fastener at the end of the support closes firmly and securely so that it won't slip even during really hard training. But be careful: Our hook & loop fasteners fasten very tightly. You should therefore open them carefully after training and not simply tear them off.This should be taken into account during care: Because the supports are made from a high-quality, skin-friendly synthetic fibre, they will last for many years if cared for properly. They should therefore only be machine washed at a maximum of 30° with a mild coloured detergent.
