They can be wrapped easily, quickly and tightly. This makes it easier for you to curl your hand into a fist. This helps you to keep your fist closed during training and saves strength. They stabilise your wrists, back of the hand and knuckles. This also protects you from injuries caused by impact and twisting.At the beginning of the bandage is a loop that is pulled over the thumb and a printed message "This Side Down", which tells you which side of the bandage must be down when wrapping. The wide hook & loop fastener at the end of the support closes firmly and securely so that it won't slip even during really hard training.
