An innovative training device for precision, reaction and reflex training.
This multifunctional free-standing punching ball can be used to train various exercises focussing on punching accuracy, reaction and reflexes.
In addition to the standing speedball, the boom gives every training session that extra spin: depending on where and how hard it is hit, it rotates around the centre pole. This means that pendulum and dodging exercises can be practised in a very competitive manner.
Freestanding punch bag made of special foam on a solid, height-adjustable stainless steel bar, firmly screwed in place. Plastic base can be filled with water or sand, for example.
