Free-standing standing boxing device for fast and coordinative punch training at home. The high-quality special spring comes back quickly and precisely after each hit and thus trains speed and coordination.

The punching ball is made of a high-strength compressed, but soft and skin-friendly foam, so that training without boxing gloves is also possible without any problems.

Height adjustable from approx. 148 cm to 165 cm punching height and thus equally suitable for adults and children. Base with suction cups for mounting on smooth floors (see instructions for use). Scope of delivery includes base, stable special spring, rods, locking screws, boxing bulb and all small parts. Total weight approx. 7,5KG.
