Stable training racks, wall mounts and ceiling mounts for punching bags
What good is the best punching bag if you can‘t attach it? The classic solution for this purpose is the stable ceiling hook.
PAFFEN SPORT offers these ceiling mounts in the three quality levels „Light“, „Medium“ or „Heavy“.
Which punching bag mount - whether ceiling mount or wall mount - is the right choice for you depends on the dynamic load, i.e. the weight of the bag itself. i.e. the punching bag‘s own weight plus the tensile forces achieved by the vibration.
Dynamic loads of over 25 kg are generally not achieved with children. A „light“ ceiling suspension is therefore perfectly adequate.
Beginners, teenagers and women rarely achieve dynamic loads of more than 40 kg. The „Medium“ ceiling suspension is the best choice here.
Experienced boxers, on the other hand, should always reach for the heavier punching bags and therefore always use the „Heavy“ ceiling suspension.
A practical and also extremely stable alternative to ceiling suspension is wall mounting. These are available for two dynamic loads, up to 40 and up to 70 kg.
This allows several punching bags to be mounted at a relatively short distance from each other, even when space is limited.
In general, ceiling mounts should be chosen if the punching bag or maize ball is relatively light and can swing more, and wall mounts if the punching bag is relatively heavy and does not swing as much.
And for boxers as well as clubs and associations with limited space, the «PRO ADJUST» wall mount also offers the option of being folded up if required.
For boxing studios, clubs, fitness centres and anyone looking for a stable and attractive alternative to ceiling or wall mounting, the «FIT» training centre from PAFFEN SPORT is just the thing:
No holes in walls or ceilings and a complete boxing studio with space for up to 12 different pieces of equipment such as punching bags, maize balls and double-ended balls on just 3.3 x 3.3 m.
