Forwarding agency deliveries Germany:

For every forwarding agency delivery we need your phone number and a delivery address which is very good to reach.

Narrow streets and inner cities can not be approached. You have to clarify a delivery date with our forwarding agency.

Die ungefähre Anlieferung der Waren klären Sie mit der Spedition. The usual delivery times are between 8am and 5pm (Mondays - Fridays).

If a first delivery due to customer fault is not possible, we will ensure that a second delivery takes place. In this case we would like to point out that we will charge you for these additional costs.
